While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have  the information you have requested. 

We regret to inform you that we cannot disclose this information as this contains sensitive personal information covered by the Data Privacy Act. Moreover, the date of the test performed and the place where they were hospitalized can further narrow down the identity of the patients.
