As part of the academic requirements of our course, we are tasked to conduct a comprehensive case presentation on Soft Tissue Mass.
 
In this regard, we would like to respectfully seek permission to know the statistical data locally and nationally concerning the general number of cases of this condition within your esteemed institution for the years 2020 to 2023. We would like to request for information regarding
1) The mortality rate and prevalence rate of soft tissue mass in the Philippines
2) The mortality rate and prevalence of soft tissue mass in Region 2
