Visit the Philippine Health Statistics (PHS) and FHSIS Annual Reports posted in the DOH website at https://doh.gov.ph/publications/serials for data on morbidity and mortality

Please note that we are only able to provide some of the information you have requested for as our latest PHS is for the year 2020
