Response to your request While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have the information you have requested. As we have mentioned on your other eFOI request #DOH-566380653197, we regret to inform you that the DOH does not have custody of this requested information as the Brgy. 110 Utap Health Center in Tacloban City is under the jurisdiction of the Tacloban City LGU.
