Hi, I've been trying to get a copy of my Vaxcert on the website, but then it shows incomplete records. I tried to fill out the form to correct the details, but there was still no progress.

I had my first dose last October 8, 2021
Second dose on October 29, 2021
First Booster on February 3, 2022
and Second Booster Dose on March 5, 2023

I am planning to go outside the country, so I was securing my complete data through VaxCert.

I wish I could get this certification as soon as possible.

I am expecting a response by tomorrow. Thank you.
