Your request You asked for monthly TB cases in Region X in excel/csv file. Response to your request While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have the information you have requested. The DOH Regional Office 10 would like to inform you the requested information is not available in their records due to 1. Integrated Tuberculosis Information System (ITIS) a web based system and tool for data collection, processing and reporting and use of the information was only started in 2014 2. Based on the National Tuberculosis Program Manual of Operations, 6th edition, Chapter 5 Recording and Reporting, under Records and Data Management, Records should be disposed after 2 years in archive.
