While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have the information you have requested. 

We regret to inform you that we do not have custody of data for the LGU programs for hypertension and Cardiovascular Disease in Valenzuela City. We ask that you coordinate with the Valenzuela City Health Office of Valenzuela City LGU at https://valenzuela.gov.ph/government/article/148 for this request
