Dear Cesca Manotok,

Good day! 

This is to acknowledge receipt of FOI inquiry dated 7 May 2018, requesting for the implementing rules and regulation and other related documents regarding Justice on Wheels.

However, the Department is constrained to deny your query pursuant to the Memorandum of the Executive Secretary dated 24 November 2017, relative to the Inventory of Exceptions to Executive Order No. 2 (S. 2016).

Under item 9 (d) of the said memorandum, requests for information involving lists, abstracts, or summaries of information are not covered by the freedom of information when such lists, abstracts, or summaries are not part of duties of the government office requested.

The requested documents do not fall within the purview of our good office, the same being an administrative matter of the Supreme Court of the Philippines. Hence, no copy of the matter is available within the Department.
