Good day!  The case was filed at RTC Branch 35, Ormoc City, Leyte. Yes i am part of this case  my live in partner/common law husband is the defendant and the complainant is my biological mother.

You asked for a FOLLOW UP FOR the status  of CRIMINAL CASE NO. 6863-0.

Response to your request

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have the information you have requested since courts are not under the jurisdiction of the DOJ but the Supreme Court (SC).

The DOJ is under the Executive branch of government which mainly deals with the prosecution of cases. On the other hand, the SC is under the Judicial branch of government which has jurisdiction over courts nationwide.

It may be best if you coordinate with the SC at pio@sc.judiciary.gov.ph.
