Your Request

You asked for the 2019 Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act No. 10592 (GCTA Law).

Response to Request

Your FOI request is approved. I enclose a copy of the 2019 Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (RIRR) of Republic Act No. 10592 for your perusal.

Be advised however that said RIRR will only take effect fifteen (15) days after its publication.

Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to Hon. Menardo I. Guevarra, Secretary, Department of Justice, Padre Faura Street, Ermita, Manila.
