Hi. I would like to request for the copy of the Ruling of the RTC Branch 16 of Cebu City under Judge Sylva Pader on the civil action filed by International Pharmaceuticals Inc. (IPI) against Cebu City.

You asked for information about RTC 16 - Cebu City under Judge Sylva Pader ruling on a civil action filed by IPI against Cebu City.

Response to your request

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have the information you have requested because RTCs and judges are not under the jurisdiction of the DOJ. We want to inform you that RTCs and courts are under the Judicial branch of government while the DOJ is under the Executive branch which mainly deals with the prosecution of criminal cases.
