May I respectfully inquire re status of release of my cousin Edgardo Toldo y Guarte, an inmate of the Davao Prison and Penal Farm with Prison Number D201P-127, whose carpeta/records were already transmitted to the DOJ for approval according  to the Inmates Documents and Processing Division, Bureau of Corrections National Headquarters, New Bilibid Prisons, Muntinlupa City.
