May we request your good office the DOJ Opinion which reverses your Office's Opinion that gave PEZA the power to regulate the Fire Code within its ECOZONEs. The said DOJ Opinion was released after the fire incident on RESORTS WORLD MANILA.

This is for our reference regarding PEZA-related concerns.

Please find attached DOJ Opinion No. 8 s. 2017 reversing DOJ Opinion No. 14, s. 2014, and DOJ Opinion No. 29 addressing the motion for reconsideration on DOJ Opinion No. 8, s. 2017.
