Hi I would like to ask information regarding:

1. GCTA suspension based on Joint Department Order No. 001 dated August 29, 2020 if it has been lifted?

2. The updates regarding the 'GCTA manual providing for uniform policies and guidelines on the computation of credits and allowances.

3. If the manual is finalize, can we request a copy for our implementation to our Provincial Jail here in Agusan del Sur.

Dear Jose Malinao,

Greetings!

As per the query on the lifting of the suspension under the Joint Circular, this Department informs you that the suspension was already lifted.

As per the updates regarding the Manual, a finalized version was already sent to the Department of the Interior and Local Government for the perusal and review of its Secretary. For this reason, we are unable to furnish you a copy of said Manual.
