Hi! I would like to ask about those cases regarding :

1. How come that untill now there are stil no action to those unreported cases of those drug related victims?

2. Is it possible to raid fellow police  while on duty, I mean just got home from duty?

Thank you for your request dated 23 May 2019 2:32 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

Your Request

You asked this Office the following queries: 

1.	How does government resolve unreported cases of drug-related cases?
2.	Is there a possibility to conduct a raid against fellow policeman?

Response to Request 

Your FOI request is denied. Your request is not among the information covered under Section 1(a) of E.O No. 2 (s.2016). 

Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to Hon. Menardo I. Guevarra, Secretary of Justice. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within fifteen (15) calendar days from the date when you received this letter.
