Dear John Marc Diola,

Greetings!

Thank you for your request dated Sep 18, 2022 06:14:35 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

Your request

You asked for Request for statistical data related to law and judiciary cases in Baguio City.

Response to your request

The DOJ does not have the data to answer your concern because courts are not under the jurisdiction of the Department but the Supreme Court (SC). The FOI platform only includes agencies/offices under the Executive branch of government since the FOI is only operational by virtue of an Executive Order from the President, and not by law. Your matter is best addressed to the SC.

Please coordinate with the SC at pio@sc.judiciary.gov.ph.

Thank you,

FOI Receiving Officer
