You requested for a list of names of those who are in hold departure order and watch list for the month of December 2019.


Response to Request

Unfortunately, your FOI request is disapproved. The information requested is considered confidential, and falls within the exemption to the FOI. For other immigration concerns, you may contact the Bureau of Immigration through (02) 8 465 2400.


Your right to request a review.

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to Hon. Menardo I. Guevarra, Secretary, Department of Justice, Padre Faura Street, Ermita, Manila.
