Ponce 04:12 PM, Mar 30, 2022

Good day.
Would like to clarify on the ruling of taking oath especially this time of the election ban. Appointment papers were already signed last March 22, 2022 and was transmitted to the Regional Office from the Central Office. Papers arrived through courier on the afternoon of the 29th. Will we be able to take our oath of office despite the election ban? And if the effectivity date of such appointment would be the date it was signed or the date of taking oath?

Hoping for your immediate response on the matter.
Thank you and more power.
