This is to request a copy of OSJ Case No. 04331-11, which tackled the issue on "regulatory authority over all utilities, including waterworks and sewerage systems in Boracay and other tourism zones."

We note that in the news reports, TIEZA has been given the regulatory powers over Boracay water concessionaires. (Source: https://www.pna.gov.ph/articles/1047260)
