Dear DOJ:

We would like to ask your opinion. I bought a property using my hard-earned money which I planned to plant varieties of fruit trees, native trees and coconuts which I will buy using my own money and will make the same productive using my own money, time & resources.

Now, this R.A. No. 10593. It would control me later on to cut my own coconut trees. This is also applicable to various DENR Laws and issuances that I cannot cut my own trees I planted, on my own property for whatever reasons. This Agencies did not give me the money to buy the land. Should I plant trees now? Frustrating.
