I would like to request for the list of the victims of extrajudicial killing in terms of:

1. Illegal drug user
2. Innocent people
3. Top 10 most city where most execution occur

This will help us in our school paper and report. Thank you so much!

Your Request

You requested for list of victims of extrajudicial killings who are illegal drug users, innocent people killed through extrajudicial means, and top 10 cities with most number of extrajudicial killings.


Response to Request

Unfortunately, your FOI request cannot be granted by this office. The information you requested does not fall under the mandate of this Department. Please coordinate with the Philippine National Police for said concern.


Your right to request a review.

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to Hon. Menardo I. Guevarra, Secretary, Department of Justice, Padre Faura Street, Ermita, Manila. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within fifteen (15) calendar days from the date when you have received this letter.
