Hi I would like to ask if there was any case filed against me. I do borrowed money for a friend.. Under my name and it was not paid.. As per the debt collector he filed a case.. But I haven't received any letter.. He said also it was file with MTC in San Juan city.. And about last year December 2020 a friend told me that I already have a warrant of arrest.. I never received any info of trial.

Response to your request

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have the information you are requesting since the San Juan Regional Trial Court (RTC) is not under the DOJ. RTCs are under the Judiciary while the DOJ is under the Executive branch.

It may be best to coordinate with the Supreme Court (SC) of the  Philippines at pio@sc.judiciary.gov.ph.
