May 4, 2022 Dear Diana Rose, Greetings! Thank you for your request dated May 02, 2022 under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch. Your request You asked for Court Decisions Re: Marcos Family. Response to your request While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have [some of]* the information you have requested. Please be informed that the DOJ does not have jurisdiction over courts. The DOJ is under the Executive branch of government which handles the prosecution of criminal cases. On the other hand, courts are under the supervision of the Supreme Court (SC). Unfortunately, the FOI platform only covers agencies under the Executive branch of government so we cannot forward your request to the SC using this platform.
