Hi, I was wondering if I could get a copy of a notarized copy of Contract of Lease signed by John Paul Martin (my lawful husband who abandoned us) and/or Janna Matillano (his illicit lover) dated around January 30, 2023 to March 28, 2023. I suspect that they are residing in #9 Bustamante St. Barangay San Isidro Galas Quezon City.

Response to your request

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have the information you have requested because notary publics are under the jurisdiction of courts, not the DOJ. Please be informed that the DOJ is under the Executive Branch of Government while courts which have oversight function over notary publics are under the Judicial Branch of Government. 

It may be best to coordinate with the Supreme Court (SC) at pio@sc.judiciary.gov.ph. The FOI platform only covers agencies under the Executive Branch of Government since it is merely operational by virtue of an Executive Order.
