Hi, I would like to request for a list of the registered foreign agents registered with the DOJ - Foreign Agents Registration Division, in accordance with BP 39 and DOJ Memorandum Order No. 143 (May 3, 1991).

Greetings!

Thank you for your request dated Sep 01, 2021 under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

Your request

You asked for a List of registered foreign agents in the Philippines, in accordance with BP 39.

Response to your request

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have the information you have requested since there is no Foreign Agents Registration Division under the DOJ. 

Based from the issuance you have previously requested, the said office is now under the jurisdiction of the NBI. 

The FOI platform, as of now, is not capable of transferring a request from an agency to another so you have to directly send your FOI request to the NBI which is also on-board this FOI platform.
