Good day, I am Mariane Rose B. Mendeja and I would like to know if there are any official Criminal Case of Swindling-Estafa under Article 315 of the PRC against my father GILBERT F. MENDEJA.

This is because a unknown number has texted me that a Plaintiff/Complainant has filed the case I stated above and I want to verify if this is true or a form of scam.
