Hello. I would like to request for a Certification that there is indeed a case for tax evasion and falsification of public documents filed against Megaman Lighting Philippines by the Bureau of Internal Revenue and/or Department of Justice. 

The assumption and information was based on the Manila Times article dated March 25, 2017, which I will attach herewith.

This has reference to the inquiry you sent through the eFOI Portal dated 21 November 2017, requesting for a certification that a case for falsification of public documents and tax evasion was filed by the BIR against Megaman Lighting Corporation.
	
Attached herewith is the scanned copy of a certification from the Docket Setion that a case was filed by the BIR against James C. Co, docketed as Docket no. XVI-INV-17C-00077.
