Good day i would like to request for some in formations regarding:
1. Number of female PDL inside correctional institution for women which are need to be confine to prison hospital due to diseases or accident .
2. Annual no. of women getting pregnant inside both CIW.
3. Ratio of health personnel to inmates.
4. Ratio of prison hospital bed to inmates.
5. List of facilities needed inside a prison hospital.
(floor plans is not needed we just need the name of facilities to design a correctional facility)

We would also like to request for the name of person who is answering our request. Thank you.

You requested for information regarding the Correctional Institute for Women (CIW), specifically the offices inside the main building of the CIW and number of occupants per office.
