Nullity of Marriages are civil in nature and are not under the jurisdiction of the DOJ. Courts which are under the Judicial branch of government have jurisdiction over your concern. It is best to coordinate with the Supreme Court (SC) at pio@sc.judiciary.gov.ph.

For your information, the Department of Justice (DOJ) is under the Executive branch of government which handles the prosecution of criminal cases. This office has no jurisdiction over petitions seeking the nullity of a marriage.
