I would like to request for a copy of Supreme Court Decision on the cancellation of CLOA. 

Sorry I cannot provide the supreme court decision number.
But the subject cancellation of CLOA is discussed in this inquirer.net article.

Greetings!

Thank you for your request dated Oct 21, 2023 under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

You asked for a certain court order.

Response to your request

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have the information you have requested because courts are not under the jurisdiction of the DOJ. Please be informed that courts are under the Judicial branch of government while the DOJ is under the Executive branch of government which mainly deals with the prosecution of criminal cases. These are two different agencies under different branches of government. 

Unfortunately, the FOI only covers agencies under the Executive branch and does not include the Judiciary. The FOI is only operational by a mere Executive Order which only covers the Executive branch of government.
