Hi I would like to find out if the implementing rules of RA 11222 is now available and what if any is its status and when do we expect to receive the same. Likewise, can we proceed with the filing of the administrative adoption even without the rules implementing it yet? Thanks

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office is not aware whether the Implementing Rules and Regulations for Republic Act No. 11222 is now available. In the alternative, you may wish to contact the Department of Social Welfare and Development, as it is the primary agency tasked with issuing said Implementing Rules and Regulations, at https://www.dswd.gov.ph/directory/.
