Greetings!

Thank you for your request dated Mar 23, 2021 05:12:57 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

Unfortunately, the Freedom of Information platform does not accept requests for certification. Neither does the Department of Justice issue certifications for pending civil and criminal cases against individuals.

However, it is recommended that you get in touch with the National Bureau of Investigation in order to obtain an NBI clearance for purposes getting a certification that there is no pending criminal case against you.
