Greetings! I'm Rick Berdos, a reporter from VERA Files. We're conducting research about "fake news" charges files against journalists, academics, and activists.

May we request for a database and legal documents of all cases filed against journalists, activists, and academics accused of spreading "fake news" or false information from 2018 to 2023. 

Specifically, cases such as: 
- Libel, slander, unlawful publication (RPC)
- Cyberlibel (R.A. 10175)
- Sedition, inciting to sedition
- Inciting to commit terrorism
- R.A. No. 11469, Sec. 6 (f)
- R.A. Act No. 11332, Sec. 9 (b)
- Other laws

The information you are looking for can be found at  the DOJ Open Government Data by following this link http://doj.gov.ph/open_data.html. Please be informed that the data available is only up to 2021 since the data for 2022 is still being finalized.
