I Pauline, Almonte, in behalf of people of Biliran, hereby asked your good office to provide us an Ombudsman clearance certificate that shows our beloved Hon. Gerry Espina III, the lone Governor of Biliran Province is cleared from all cases or pending cases from graft and corruption in Region VIII!
