May I request for a digital copy of the 2008 and 2017 Revised Manual for Prosecutors which was issued by the Department of Justice.

This request is in connection with my research on the labor cases which require the approval of the Department of Labor before they can be filed before the Department of Justice.

Unfortunately, the Prosecutors Manual is strictly exclusive for DOJ prosecutors and not for distribution to the public. This is an exception under EO No. 2 s. 2016.
