Good Day, I am requesting information on 3 datasets of killings:

 1.) Lawyers killed since July2016
 2.) Journalists killed since July2016
3.) Individuals killed in Negros since July2016

I am requesting for

1. The status (pending resolution by the prosecutor or filed in court)

2. The status of the suspect (at large, in jail, on bail)

3. If the case is handled under Administrative Order No. 35

I have a list of the names of the 3 datasets but the character limit here prevents me to submit them. I can submit in a separate email if needed.

You requested for information on the killings of lawyers, journalists, and certain individuals in Negros since July 2016.


Response to Request

Your FOI request is approved. Enclosed is a copy of information on the killings of lawyers and certain individuals in Negros since July 2016. However, for information on the killings of journalists, please contact the Presidential Task Force on Media Security.


Your right to request a review.
