We respectfully request a copy of Department of Justice Opinion No. 5 issued on 20 February 2018, re:  Inquiry on who can represent the Philippine Commission on Good Government (PCGG) and/or Bataan Shipyard and Engineering Company, Inc. (BASECO), a sequestered corporation, in case the Office of the Ombudsman issues a resolution adverse to PCGG and/or BASECO and an appeal is made thereon, whereby the Ombudsman is to be represented by the Office of Solicitor-General.
