While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have the information you have requested. However, you may wish to contact the Supreme Court (SC) of the Philippines at pio@sc.judiciary.gov.ph. since civil cases are under the Judiciary. On the other hand, the Department of Justice (DOJ) is an agency under the Executive which only deals with the prosecution of criminal cases.
