I would like ask for a copy from DOJ about the DOJ Opinion issued last June 2018 pertaining to the abstract “Whether under the standard legislative franchises of broadcast companies, television boradcasters are allowed to engage in Conditional Access (CA) or Conditional Access System (CAS) and accordingly, may offer television pay-per-view services”. You requested for a copy of DoJ Opinion issued last June 2018 on the conditional access or conditional access system for television broadcasters under the legislative franchise issued to broadcast companies.
