This matter is not an FOI request as defined by Executive Order No. 2, s. 2016. However, to assist you, we urge you to coordinate with the court that passed the judgement. Please be informed that courts are not under the jurisdiction of the DOJ because the DOJ is under the Executive branch of government while courts are under the Judicial branch of government, these are two different and separate government agencies.
