Hello. Good day, May I kindly request information on how to file voluntary insolvency for a Filipino citizen ( not business ) under FRIA LAW please? Does one need a lawyer for this please? If a lawyer is needed, can PAO help us? Do we need to have assets or funds ready for the creditors to be able to avail of this or can we negotiate with the creditors to have payment terms / installment? Is this a good solution to be able to face creditors who refused to go to court? Thank you so much.
