You asked for a Potential Warrant of Arrest.

Response to your request

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have the information you have requested because the DOJ has no jurisdiction over arrest warrants. For your information, arrest warrants are issued only by courts which is under the Judicial branch of government. The DOJ on the other hand is under the Executive branch of government which mainly deals with the prosecution of criminal cases.
