Good day!

I would like to verify if there is a pending case against me, Jardine Ananario Miranda. 
Someone posted me on social media showing she filed an Estafa(Swindling) case against me. I would like to have this resolved. I have not received any subpoena and would like to confirm if it was processed or dismissed.
