Avanzado 12:07 PM, Sep 08, 2022

Good day!

I would like to request for the number of cases that have been dismissed for being a SLAPP (Strategic Lawsuit Against Public Participation) as defined under the Revised Rules on Environmental Cases (RPEC)(A.M. No. 09-6-8-SC).

Can I have it categorized by nature, Civil (Rule 6) or Criminal (Rule 19), and the action. (Libel, etc)?
Thank you so much!

P.s. If they can be segregated per region, that would be best!
