Hi, I paid 15500 pesos for a person to build a PC for me, his name is Borgy Libre, he lives in Calaparan and his phone number is 09517816918. He gave me a PC that did not work, he then offered to take it back and refund my money. I have given him back the PC and other accessories around 3 months ago. He has promised to pay it back multiple times.
I have not yet received my money back from him. I have all the text messages saved that will collaborate with all the facts I have stated. I would like to have this man arrested for scamming me and prevent him from scamming any one else.
