I would like the name of the Judge and Branch number that issued the Arrest Warrant for Australian Citizen MARKIS SCOTT TURNER, who was arrested by NBI in Davao on the 28th September 2017 for Extradition to Australia. I would also like a copy of the documents provided to the Court to avail this Warrant as I believe the Court was not made aware the alleged offence is not an Extraditable Offence under the Treaty, as carries a minimum punishment of a fine, not imprisonment for minimum 12 months as required.
