Response to Request

Our Docket Section only has custody over cases filed before the DOJ main office in Manila but not cases filed with provincial and city prosecution offices.  It is best if you coordinate with the Clearance Section of the NBI.

For civil cases, these are cases under the jurisdiction of the Judicial branch of government  and not the DOJ which is under the Executive Branch of government. Please coordinate with the court where the case may be filed against you.
