Dear Sir,

I am kindly requesting to issue a letter of confirmation or certification if Atty Edgardo A. Martin Jr, a Public Prosecutor assigned in Lingayen, Pangasinan is authorized to engage in private practice, more particularly, to appear in a civil case of forcible entry as the counsel of the Respondent.

If the said Atty is given the authority or exception to engage in private practice , may i know the extent of the authority, date of validity  and please give me a copy.
