You asked for this Department’s Guidelines on the Issuance of Hold Departure Order and/or Watchlist Order.

Response to Request

This Department’s latest issuance on guidelines relating to Hold Departure Orders and Watchlist Orders is Department Circular No. 41 (Consolidated Rules and Regulations Governing the Issuances and Implementing of Hold Departure Orders, Watchlist Orders, and Allow Departure Orders). Said circular may be viewed online at https://www.officialgazette.gov.ph/2010/06/07/doj-department-circular-no-41-s-2010/.

Be advised however that said circular was the subject of a Supreme Court decided case which may likewise be viewed online at http://elibrary.judiciary.gov.ph/thebookshelf/showdocs/1/64165.

Your right to request a review
