May we please request for information if there has been any case filed for violation of the cyber crime prevention act wherein the acts complained of are web scraping?

Web scraping is simply machine automated web browsing, wherein web content may be copied or otherwise processed by the entity controlling the web scraper. 

If multiple cases, have been filed, may we request statistics in relation to other cyber crime offenses?
